Why it exists
Bulk options
Newest is shown first by default. Filter by risk/type, Select all, then approve, deny or ignore selected items.
Teach Fabric
Rate output quality, agent helpfulness and individual findings; mark what went right or needs improvement. Ignore is neutral for broken or irrelevant evidence.
Exact decisions
Request changes, deny, accept or ignore applies to the exact approval ID. Repeated runs and publication requests intentionally create distinct evidence.
Important: accepting a dry run teaches but does not publish. Continue from Pipeline to prepare a separate sealed publication approval. Denying or ignoring must not write production state.
